I’m going to be coming up with a new blog soon… I think its the zombie theme thats turned me off of here because I want to tell others of my writing and stuff but its not zombie-based anymore.

Post-NaNo stuff

Sooo. I haven’t touched the story since friday. Haven’t wanted too, really. I hate it so bad. XD

The TGIO party is on the eigtht.. and I may have to leave like an hour early because of my ringette game. Still unsure at this point. Need to figure out how long its going to take us to get from the party back to my end of town so I can get to my game. Hurm.

Life sucks in general. Might make a new website. Religion is odd to me, but comforting over hot chocolate ladden to the max with cinnamon (of which we are in dire need of FRESH cinnamon, btw).

Also need to know where to fine white linen cloths. And clear dark-blue glassware bowls, preferably on the small side. Must hunt!

Oh it may be a pile of shit, and it may make NO sense whatsoever (like why they barricaded off the main roads with school buses and tractors) but I DID IT!

My total count is 50,149, but the NaNo website lists it as 50,009. Thats okay though. GO ME!

Well, roughly.

I just hit 45k (45,069 specifically) words at the write-in. 5k words left. I think I can do more than half of that tonight.

Right now in Zombie Story land Parker has just spotted a zombie off in the distance as they were doing patrols, and Mark is about to show off his leet hunter sniper skillz. Too bad something bad happens. WOO!

I think I can honestly say that after this scene.. or something.. I have hit the halfway point. WOO!

Alright, back to writing! Keep writing, fellow NaNoers, and don’t give up until the end!

I kind of suprised myself tonight (this morning.. whatever. It’s like 2 am right now). I wrote just over 4k words, nearly double what I had to do to catch up.

41,784.

Less than 9,000 words to go until I reach that winning point. It didn’t even hit me until I checked yWriter’s daily word target thing. I have like 8-thousand and something to go.

I’M ALMOST DONE. HOLY CRAP!

Too bad the novels not going to be done in time. ;D I’m probably at least 10-15k from hitting the halfway point.

Also, Transformers: The Score music is -awesome- to write too.

I need to update more. And write more.

So I thought I should update this bad boy. And be like, you know.

Consistant.

I’m onto the major dream sequence in Parker’s head. I’m going to take maybe like a page describing the surrounds, then just dive right into the fight. I’m sorta planning it out in my head right now, with how Parker has to face all the things that held her back from being truely strong and to come and realize this. It should really warrant itself its own chapter.. but eh. I’ll do that.. later.

And right now I’m headed off to the Library to meet up with my writing group. Hafta go early cause my brother has a thing he needs to do. So for those reading, cya there!

Chapter 8 is complete!

So, Chapter 8 finished.. oddly enough. It was really going on a lot longer than it should have, to tell you the truth. I can always fiddle around with it later, but it had to end. And for some reason my main character and the leader of the group are outside. Then again, its not that suprising. They both have a very “Fuck you” attitude towards everyone in town. And right now, my MC is at that mental place where she’s going to tell you to fuck off.. if she can speak. Right now she’s very angry. I hope its coming across clearly enough that the only emotion she can feel is guilt and fury, and nothing else. *sigh*

The next chapter will probably consist of my MC finally snapping when they get the “good news”, going to sleep, waking up, drinkin, listening to 60′s music, having her epic battle of ZOMG!DREAM ZOMBIE!, and then.. yeah. Hopefully I can condense that all into one chapter and finally MOVE ON OUTSIDE THE HOUSE.

THE HOUSE IS BORING. REALLY BORING. EVEN IF A ROCK FELL ON HER HEAD. LAWL.

Back to writing! I’m at 29265, and I need 34000 by the end of the day. I can’t believe its been 20 days already…

It was so awesome to go out and meet up with everyone from the group. I really don’t have words for it now other than how full of fucking win it was. I got really nervous, too.. so I tried to explain my story as best I could. Sucks that I didn’t bring an except though.. but its up on my NaNo profile, for those reading this. So thats good I guess.

I’m still a day or two behind but I’m catching up. Here goes nothing!
